Momentum Is Building at Gillette College Rodeo
As the spring semester gains momentum, the Gillette College Rodeo program is hitting its stride, with preparations underway for our annual banquet, strong performances nationwide over break, and a renewed focus as practice returns to full swing.
As we move deeper into the spring semester, the energy surrounding the Gillette College Rodeo program continues to grow — and for good reason.
Preparations are well underway for our Annual Rodeo Banquet on February 21, one of the most important events of our year. This night brings together our community, supporters, alumni, and families to celebrate our student-athletes and invest in the future of our program. Behind the scenes, a tremendous amount of work is going into creating an evening that reflects the pride, tradition, and excellence of Gillette College Rodeo, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to support this event.
Even over Christmas break, our student-athletes never slowed down. They traveled and competed across the nation, facing tough competition and earning impressive results. Their commitment to staying sharp during the off-season speaks volumes about their work ethic, discipline, and desire to compete at the highest level. These experiences will pay dividends as we head into the heart of our college season.
Now that the team is back on campus, practice is in full swing, and the barn is once again full of life. Horses are being tuned up, timing is being dialed in, and daily routines have returned as the team prepares for what lies ahead.
All of this momentum leads us to the start of our season with our Home Rodeo, March 20–22. This event is always a highlight of our year and an opportunity to showcase our athletes, our facilities, and the incredible support of our community.
We look forward to sharing this season with everyone and are thankful for the continued belief in our student-athletes and program.
