Gillette College Pronghorns Welcomes Strong New Addition
Gillette, WY — April 2026 — The Gillette College women's basketball program is excited to announce the signing of Precious Plet, a 6'1" forward from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Plet brings size, strength, and a physical presence in the paint to the Pronghorns. She has consistently produced on both ends of the floor, averaging 15 points and 8 rebounds per game, while establishing herself as a reliable interior scorer and rebounder.
Competing at a high level in Europe, Precious has been part of multiple championship teams, including Netherlands U21 Cup titles (2025, 2026) and a Lundaspelen Tournament championship in Sweden. She also earned a third-place finish in the 3x3 Pro League, highlighting her versatility and ability to compete in different styles of play.
Off the court, Plet has completed her nursing degree and plans to pursue a path in Human Services, continuing her development both academically and personally.
Precious shared why she chose Gillette College:
"I chose Gillette College because I wanted an environment that would challenge me and push me to my limits every day. From my first conversation with the staff, it was clear they have a clear vision for my growth and a genuine commitment to my success. Most importantly, I've stayed in prayer about this decision, and I truly believe that God has led me here for a reason. I'm excited to join a program with such a strong winning mindset and trust that this is exactly where I'm meant to be to reach my full potential on and of the court. All Glory to God"
The Pronghorns add a strong frontcourt presence in Plet, whose size and production will provide an immediate impact.
